Besides performance opportunities at the Limerick Marching Festival on the 15th and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on the 17th, events and celebrations highlighting Dublin’s rich culture and history are very much a part of the Festival. Events include films, folklore telling, comedy shows, special musical performances, boat races, funfairs and more.

Cork International Choral Festival

April 26–30, 2017

This five-day festival has been around since 1954. This competition welcomes choirs from across the world and attracts some 5,000 participants each year!

Galway Early Music Festival

Get your geek on and head to the lush wild terrain of Connemara for Galway’s annual Early Music Festival. 2017 will celebrate GEM’s 22nd birthday. The festival features many top international performers, workshops, school events and music in historic Galway!
